"Little by little, the small bird flaps its feathered wings, and with a leap, the tiny window in the middle of the room becomes the edge of the next step."
Sky-sized begins when the reader encounters an egg, still protected by its cage. The egg cracks, and the bird emerges, slowly unraveling its worlds, growing until it no longer fits within the spaces meant for it. The illustrations and graphic design follow the same journey: they give wings to this bird, which unfolds, discovers, and grows so much that it needs more of the world. Then, it starts again, flying out the window once more, into a place so much bigger than itself—a new unknown. Sky-sized is an invitation to discovery for readers of all ages.
